In recent months, consultations have been held between the companies DTS² and Stapotech, resulting in both parties entering into a partnership in November 2021.
Why collaborate
There are a number of reasons to enter into this partnership right now.
• Making use of each other's strengths Stapotech is known for its mechanical metalworking capabilities and practical mechanical solutions. At DTS², issues such as engineering, (project) management, organization, controls and serial construction of control cabinets are the prominent points.
• Making use of each other's resources By combining the available resources, we can provide an even better service and carry out projects more efficiently, which can be a great advantage for all our customers. This includes project management, engineering, production and on-site assembly. Especially in these times of staff shortages, this is a big advantage.
• Expansion of branch locations and support points
DTS² operates from Groningen and Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht and is therefore present in the North/East and West Netherlands. Stapotech operates from Hamont-Achel, in Belgium, just across the border south of Eindhoven and is therefore present in the south of the Netherlands and Belgium. Together, we will achieve better coverage of our work area, which leads to greater efficiency and offers more service options.

What does the collaboration look like
Both companies will still approach the market independently and accept orders directly. However, in the implementation of the projects, the cooperation will become clearly visible. Issues such as the production of mechanical structures, etc. will mainly be placed by Stapotech. Issues such as project management, engineering and building controls will mainly be done by the company DTS², while in the implementation on location, both companies will be able to act jointly.
