We are proud to inform you that SCALA stage systems & services GmbH in Germany, a joint venture between the VRI Tech Group and the German/French group ACCEDIA, has reached an agreement with Bosch Rexroth to acquire their stage technical installations worldwide. Over the next 3 years, SCALA will work closely with the experts at Bosch Rexroth to first take over the maintenance and service of more than 30 major theaters and opera houses in Europe in particular.
The service, maintenance and project realization activities will be carried out by SCALA, which is expected to benefit several companies in the VRI Tech Group. An initial installation assessment and revision, for example, is already being processed by DTS².
As director of SCALA, Roelof Bakker will be responsible for the further deployment and development of SCALA. Due to the focus on the European market and the preliminary partnership with Bosch Rexroth, it was decided to set up a branch in Castrop-Rauxel (Dortmund), Germany.
This acquisition gives the VRI Tech Group access to the European theater market: a big step forward and a perspective for the future!
